The ThermaQ family are the most reliable and accurate of all the leave-in thermometers ThermoWorks offers. The meters are built like tanks – sturdy and designed to last during the harsh treatment they can receive in professional BBQ competitions and in busy commercial kitchens.

ThermoWorks offers three models of ThermaQ thermometers.

ThermaQ 2 (4 channels)
ThermaQ Blue (2 channels)
ThermaQ WiFi (2 channels)

All meters include:

Type K thermocouple inputs
High accuracy to ±0.7°F
High and low alarm tracking
Max/min temperatures display

All versions accept any of the thousands of professional thermocouple Type K probe available, allowing you to select the probes that work best for your requirements.

ThermaQ 2

ThermaQ 2 is ready to go out of the box. No connection or app needed. Reads four temperatures at once from professional Type K thermocouple probes. Designed for competition BBQ teams and chef-level Sous Vide cooking, ThermaQ 2 provides settable high and low alarms for all four channels with easy-to-use buttons and an alarm volume up to 100 decibels.

ThermaQ 2 includes control circuitry for Billows BBQ Temperature Control Fan (sold separately). Let ThermaQ 2 watch your cooker temperatures so you don’t have to.

ThermaQ Blue

ThermaQBlue uses a Bluetooth connection to transmit temperature data directly to a smart device. It stays connected up to 150-feet away (line-of-sight). An internet connection is not required. ThermaQ Blue is not compatible with the Billows BBQ Temperature Control Fan.

ThermaQ WiFi

This temperature meter requires an internet connection for both the unit and the smart device. It alarms from the free mobile app. You can track your cook anywhere you take your smart device, as long as it is connected to the internet. ThermaQ WiFi is not compatible with Billows BBQ Temperature Control Fan.
