You may subscribe to our emails by filling out the form that is located at the bottom of each web page at ThermoWorks.com. If you prefer, you may contact our Customer Care team for help.
Question: How do I unsubscribe from ThermoWorks email newsletters?
To unsubscribe, click on the Unsubscribe link found at the bottom each email.

Question: Why am I no longer receiving email newsletters from ThermoWorks?
- It is possible that you accidentally unsubscribed from our emails by clicking on the Unsubscribe link, located at the bottom of the emails. If you have questions, please contact our Customer Care team and they will help.
- Your Email Service Provider (ESP) may be blocking our emails. Check your Spam box to see if they are found there. Help your ESP understand that you wish to receive our emails by adding email@example.com to your Safe Sender list or by indicating that our emails aren’t spam.
Question: Why am I receiving duplicate email newsletters?
Duplicate emails are usually caused by one of the following situation:
1. A customer subscribed to our emails in the past using an older email address and then, again with their current email address. If the emails from the old address are forwarded to the new address, you’ll receive duplicate emails. If you suspect this has happened to you, please contact our Customer Care team for help. Make sure to provide both email addresses and indicate which email address you wish to continue using.
2. A customer subscribed to both our consumer and commercial email lists. If this has happened, let our team know which version of the email you wish to receive.
