Here are answers to common questions about managing your ThermoWorks email subscription.


Question: How do I sign up to receive ThermoWorks email newsletters?

You may subscribe to our emails by filling out the form that is located at the bottom of each web page and on the right-side of the Help Center.

Question: How do I unsubscribe from ThermoWorks email newsletters?

To unsubscribe, click on the Unsubscribe link found at the bottom each email.

Question: Why am I no longer receiving email newsletters from ThermoWorks?

  1. It is possible that you accidentally unsubscribed from our emails by clicking on the Unsubscribe link, located at the bottom of the emails. If so, you may subscribe again. Make sure you click on the link in the Confirmation Email you’ll receive, as your action allows Mailchimp to understand that you want to be on the list again. If you don’t click on the link, you won’t receive future emails.
  2. Your Email Service Provider (ESP) may be blocking our emails. Check your Spam box to see if they are found there. Help your ESP understand that you wish to receive our emails by adding to your Safe Sender list or by indicating that our emails aren’t spam.


Question: Why am I receiving duplicate email newsletters?

Duplicate emails are usually caused by a customer subscribing to our list in the past using an older email address and then, again with their current email address. If the emails from the old address are forwarded to the new address, you’ll receive duplicate emails.

The way to know if this has happened to you is to scroll down to the bottom of each email to see which address has received each email.

If you discover that you have subscribed with more than one email address, click on the unsubscribe link for the email address you do not want to use.
