My Extra Big & Loud Timer stopped working correctly, so I changed the battery. It didn’t help. Can you help?
One thing to consider when changing the battery is its size. Battery sizes can vary by mere millimeters, depending upon the manufacturer. If the new battery is smaller than the original one, you may need to bend the battery contacts to size to get it to work.
- Remove the battery and place a screwdriver between the contact and the compartment wall.
- Gently bend the contacts towards the + and – symbols.
- Reinsert the battery and close the Extra Big and Loud Timer’s case.

I dropped my Extra Big & Loud Timer and now it doesn’t work. Any ideas?
Perhaps, your Extra Big & Loud Timer’s battery terminals lost solid contact with the battery when it was dropped. If this is the case, you can use a small screw driver to adjust the battery terminals to correct this issue.

The Extra Big & Loud Timer comes with a protective sticker on the display. You will want to be sure that that it is removed prior to use. If this does not correct the issue, please contact our Tech Support team for help.
Why did my Extra Big & Loud Timer melt?
It is likely that your Extra Big & Loud Timer was exposed to temperatures above its operating range, which is 32 to 104°F (0 to 40°C).
The Extra Big & Loud Timer should not be attached directly to a hot oven, smoker, or grill.
