Guest Checkout

You do not have to create an account with ThermoWorks to place an order. Please feel free to use the Guest Checkout option.

Note: If you check out using the Guest Checkout option, be aware that you will be required to provide the type of information that allows us to fulfill and correctly manage your order, such as shipping and billing address, email address, and phone number.

About ThermoWorks Customer Accounts

ThermoWorks recently moved to a new shopping cart. This new cart gives us many options to provide improved benefits for our customers such as additional payment options (which are coming).

For security reasons, we could not move your login information (email and password) to the new cart. If you wish to have an account to make the checkout process easier, or wish to have access to your purchase history in your account area, you must set up a new account. This one-time setup can quickly occur during the checkout process. (You may use the same email and password you used before.)

Once your email address has been used as part of the checkout process, the shopping cart talks to our primary database, which recognizes you and adds your new order to your ThermoWorks account history. You’ll only be able to see your orders that were purchased after this change was made in the new shopping cart account area, but your entire history is safe with us. We can provide you with any of the historical information you are interested in seeing. If you contact us, we’ll send you email copies of your order receipts.
